STORM RUNNER
The world's first hydraulic-launched roller coaster is coming to Hersheypark. I have had the unique opportunity to shadow park engineers on this project, and I have to say, This Ride Is Awesome! Storm Runner utilizes the lastest technology in the amusement industry to take launched coasters to a whole new level. Hersheypark has done there research on this one and has evaluated and prevented many of the glitches and problems with similar rides in other parks. The designers have taken every precaution to make this the fastest, safest, most intense, and most exhilarating attraction in the park.Ride Info:

Nightlights Laser Show
After a fun day, take a seat in the grass and relax.
This 20-minute laser show is presented nightly at 10 p.m. when the park closes at 10 or 11 o'clock. A giant 240 square foot screen has been constructed in the Midway America area of the park. Colors, lights, and music combine to form this "spectacular." I have had an opportunity to view laser shows at other parks, and I think that this one is, by far, the best.
